• No Products: Arise Pro Youth Foundation does not sell physical or digital products. Any request for payment for "goods" claiming to be from us should be treated as fraudulent.

3. Donations and Contributions

• Voluntary Basis: All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable unless a clerical error has occurred.
• Allocation: While we strive to honor donor intent for specific projects, the Foundation retains ultimate discretion over the use of funds to best achieve our mission.
• Compliance: Donations must be made from legal sources in accordance with the Financial Intelligence Act of Namibia.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, photographs, and program designs, are the property of Arise Pro Youth Foundation unless otherwise stated.

• You may not use our logo or brand identity for third-party fundraising without written consent from our Windhoek office.
• Educational materials provided by the Foundation are for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Use of Content and Media

By participating in our public events or programs, you acknowledge that:

• The Foundation may capture photos or videos for reporting and promotional purposes.
• If you wish to opt-out of media coverage for yourself or a minor under your care, you must notify a Foundation representative in writing prior to the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arise Pro Youth Foundation provides its services and information "as is." While we strive for excellence:

• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or participation in community programs.
• We do not guarantee that our digital platforms will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (names, emails, ID numbers for volunteers) will be handled with confidentiality and will not be sold to third parties. We align our data practices with the principles of the Namibian Constitution regarding the right to privacy.

8. Governing Law
